When choosing OAK STEEL LIMITED stainless steel,an appropriate steel type must be selected in accordance with the purpose of use,design conditions,forming conditions and usage environment.when placing an order for OAK STEEL LIMITED stainless steel,specification of the following items is required.

User instruction
The Selection of Steel : Stainless steel type should be selected according to the application environment and purpose so as to keep fine appearance and extend the life time.
Storing & Transportation : Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance due to the oxidized layer on the surface.Therefore carefully attention should be paid to maintain the oxidized layer in good condition.
1) Storing:
It is important to store stainless steel away from moisture ,dust,grease and lubricant in order to protect its surface from rust and lowered corrosion resistance when welding.
When moisture penetrates between stainless steel and protective film .(film lifespan is approve. 3 mouths)
When packaging materials get wet,they should be immediately removed to prevent surface corrosion.
2) Transportation
Stainless steel from scratch on the surface.rubber and timber supporter should be used during the transportation.purpose transportation equipment should be used .To protect stainless steel from fingerprint.carrier should be use gloves.

Q: How can I get the samples?
A: If you need some samples to test ,please pay for the transportation freight of samples and our samples are free for you ,We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment .So please tell us your express account ,If you don't have a express account ,please send us the transportation freight of samples firstly.
Q: How much the transportation freight will be for the samples?
A: The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.
Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please send us your email or fax and order information -- Quantity, Specification (steel type, thickness, width, surface finish), then I can send you the price list.
Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Sure .Your logo can be putted on our products by sticker .And if you want your logo and company name to be printed on the cartons for the products, you can send us the artwork by email.

A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax .or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order .We need to know the following information for your order.
